We are Voxa MTD Limited, a small UK software company based in Reading. We build software for the paperwork side of renting homes.
What we make
- Voxa Estate, for letting agents: certificates read, filed and tracked, so each home is ready for the new landlord register, with repairs on WhatsApp as an add-on.
- VoxaMTD, for landlords and sole traders: Making Tax Digital software that sends quarterly updates to HMRC's live service.

Where we are today
- Voxa Estate is in early access. No agency has published a case study with us yet. We are looking for a small number of founding agencies to shape it with us.
- Apex27 is the property management system we connect to today. Street works via your own key; Arthur and others via a simple import file.
How we work
- We say what the software does today, and what it does not do yet.
- The software suggests; your team decides. Nothing is recorded or booked without a person, or a rule your team has set.
