Voxa Estate works beside the system you already use. Works with Apex27 today. Street via your own key; Arthur and others via a simple import file. Here is exactly where each one stands.
Apex27: works today
Connect with your agency's own Apex27 API key. Your lettings, tenancies and tenants come across about every 6 hours, and your team confirms them before anything is added. We check your first import with you.
Street: with your own key
Connect with your agency's own Street API key. It brings in your properties, tenancies and tenants. We switch it on after a test run with Street; until then, start from a Street export.
Arthur and every other system
Start from the CSV or Excel export your system already gives you. Voxa Estate suggests how the columns match, you check a preview, and nothing is saved until you confirm. You can undo an import within 72 hours, as long as no document has been recorded on an imported property since.
Tenants message Voxa's shared WhatsApp number from the mobile number on their tenant record. A WhatsApp number of your agency's own is not available yet.
