Setting the limits
Set a default limit for your agency, then a different limit for any landlord client who has agreed one with you.
When a quote is over the limit
A quote over the limit goes to the landlord to accept or decline, from their portal or an emailed link.
The portal opens from the link, with no login, and is branded with your agency.
Quotes against your agreed rates
Where you have agreed rates with a contractor, each quote shows how it sits against them.
This is information for your team. It does not reject or rank a quote.
Under the limit
Under the limit, nothing is booked unless a person approves it, or a rule your team has set allows it.
The rules are yours to set, for example approving quotes under an amount you choose.
What it does not do yet
Limits per branch are not offered yet.
Quotes are not sealed into the record yet.

Can each landlord have a different limit?
Yes. Set a default for your agency and a limit for each landlord client.
Does the landlord need an account?
No. They accept or decline from their portal or an emailed link, with no login.
Does Voxa Estate reject expensive quotes?
No. Where you have agreed rates, each quote shows how it sits against them, and your team decides.
Can landlords see repair spend in their portal?
Only if you switch it on. It is off by default.
