A repair audit trail your agency can export
When a landlord, a tenant or a complaint asks what happened on a repair, the answer should not depend on one person's inbox. Voxa Estate keeps each repair as a job in one place, and seals recorded certificates and closed jobs into the property's record.

- Recorded certificates and closed jobs are sealed: linked in order and date-stamped by an outside service
- An activity log of who changed what and when, which owners and admins can filter and export as CSV
- Evidence packs for a job, a property, a tenancy or a landlord client
- A complaint response pack for a job, with its contacts and actions in time order
What is sealed in the record today
Sealed today: each certificate when it is recorded, with its document, and these steps of each job: when it is logged, how urgent it was judged to be, the contractors shortlisted, the go-ahead to a contractor, and when it is closed.
Each sealed entry is linked to the one before it by a digital fingerprint, and the record is date-stamped by an outside timestamping service.
An activity log for your team
Owners and admins can see who changed what and when, filter it and export it as CSV.
It is a working log of your team's actions, kept apart from the sealed record.
Evidence packs to export
Export the sealed record for a job, a property, a tenancy or a landlord client as an evidence pack: a PDF report, the technical files behind the seal.
A job also offers a complaint response pack, with its contacts and actions in time order.
Getting every repair into the record
Tenants report repairs on WhatsApp, and Alex triages each report into a job in your inbox.
Your team can also log a repair itself, for example one a tenant phoned in, and it joins the same queue.
When a certificate is due, booking a renewal opens a job linked to the certificate, and the certificate's row does not move until a new certificate is recorded.
What it does not do yet
Contractor messages and quotes are not sealed into the record yet.
Nothing about an inspection is sealed into the record.
Questions agencies ask
What does a sealed record mean?
Each sealed entry is linked to the one before it by a digital fingerprint, and the record is date-stamped by an outside timestamping service. If an entry were changed later, the fingerprints would no longer match. Today that covers recorded certificates and each job when it is logged, assessed, shortlisted, sent to a contractor and closed.
Who can see the activity log?
Owners and admins. They can filter it and export it as CSV.
Can we export the record for one landlord client?
Yes. An evidence pack can cover a job, a property, a tenancy or a landlord client, with a PDF report, the technical files behind the seal.
Is the contractor conversation on a job sealed?
Not yet. Contractor messages and quotes are not sealed into the record yet. A job's closure is.
